Who pays traffic and parking fines if my caregiver is driving?
This would depend on the circumstances. If you direct the caregiver to park in a specific area then we would expect that you pay for it. If you were parked in an area that was time limited or metered and the time was exceeded because you took longer than what you had paid for, we would expect that you paid for the ticket. However, if the caregiver chose to park where they wanted and it was illegal, then they would pay for the ticket. If you parked in a time limited area and the caregiver chose not to go back and put more money into a time limited or metered car park then we would expect that they pay for it.

We expect that our caregivers abide by all driving regulations. If they incurred a fine for driving then we would expect that they pay the fine.

Does the Agency supply tea, coffee and toilet paper for my caregivers?
Not routinely. Staff are instructed that they are responsible for providing their own meals and drinks - just the same as office staff would be expected to provide their lunch.
