What do I do if I want to make a complaint?
Refer to the client information booklet. If you want to make a complaint about Agency service you can do this verbally or in writing to the Area Supervisor or Regional Manager. We have strict guidelines in managing this process.

Where do I find an advocate to help me?
Refer to the client information booklet for suggestions on advocates or speak to your Area Supervisor who will be able to provide you with ideas on other options.

Can the Agency be my advocate with ACC?
No. As a provider to ACC this would not be appropriate. We can supply you with advocacy options.
