Module Training

Important Information

Staff are not paid for travel time or costs, only for their time in training. If you miss the module for any reason you will not be paid as you were unable to attend.

Sessions begin at 9.30am, please arrive slightly earlier to register. The day finishes no later than 3.00pm.

Each module has a 20 question test at the end which requires a 15/20 pass to receive certification. If you fail the test you will have to re-sit the module and test again, or fail to credit that module.

Module participation is optional not compulsory, and your attendance should be negotiated with your Area Supervisor

If you do attend the module, sitting the test is compulsory and you MUST have attended the module to sit the test.

Those people 30 minutes or more late for the session will not be allowed entry into the session, no matter what the reason for the lateness.

Attendance at, and test passes of 10 modules is mandatory to receive a pay rise.
