McIsaac Caregiving operates a decentralised management and care programme. We currently have supervisors spread across the North and upper South Island, each assisting a small number of clients and their care staff.
In some clients cases, we add in-house support via a Team Leader, who is usually a lead caregiver and can assist our supervisors with training and management of our larger teams of staff.
Finally, we have rapid response carers and supervisors who are able to support our clients at short notice. These team members support our commitment to never letting our clients down.
